If you take Ganoderma lucidum as prevention, we suggest 1 capsule 2 times a day, for at least 3 consecutive months. Take the capsule half an hour before a meal.

• We also suggest Ganoderma lucidum capsules  for a general boost of natural immunity, for coping with stress and for people who are more sensitive and are frequently ill.
